About Us

Len McNally

I pulled myself up by the bootstraps. As a high school drop out I was a vehicle mechanic in the Air Force , went back to school studied hard, worked hard, got into sales then sales and marketing management, became an entrepreneur, a career counselor and eventually an Executive and corporate Coach and now a writer. I know now that if, thirty five years ago I had known enough to set my goals a way lot higher I could have accomplished twenty times as much and accumulated a fortune at the same time. I have helped people as a Coach and I get a tremendous buzz from the process. I realize that there are so many people out there like me, people who achieve what most people would consider to be remarkable results - but who have barely scratched the surface of their potential. What a waste!

I have been working as an Executive and Corporate Coach for about ten years. I have proved myself to be very good at helping people to improve both their business and professional lives (Coaching, mentoring, teaching, training, education, helping friends, etc...).

In my book, Acres of Diamonds Revisited, Russell Conwell points out that every person has not only the ability to achieve wealth but a solemn obligation - to himself and to his community - to do so. He points out that a good person can accomplish much more good with money than he can without it and that the vast majority of wealthy people are also the most upstanding and honest people. We must get rid of our belief that wealth is somehow evil and that to seek it is evil as well.

When you understand the concept behind Acres of Diamonds, that wealth and success come from within and can be found wherever you already are you can begin to look around you for opportunities. Another of my favorite quotations - one for which I have never been able to trace the author - is, "We are all sometimes presented with incredible opportunities brilliantly disguised as impossible situations." As Conwell points out, the opportunity is sometimes right under your chin! Seek and you will find!

And Len McNally can give you the tools so that you find the wealth and happiness that you are looking for!
